Cancellation and Refund Policy for the ANCDS Conference

In the event that the ANCDS conference has to be cancelled, for whatever reason, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided to those who have already paid the fee.  In the event that the ANCDS Conference has to be rescheduled, for whatever reason, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided to those who have already paid the fee but cannot attend the conference at its newly scheduled time.  Refunds will be provided within 30 days of cancellation or rescheduling notification.

In the event that an individual who has already registered for the ANCDS Conference wishes to cancel, for whatever reason, a full refund of the registration fee will be provided as long as the individual provides written notification (email is fine) to [email protected] no later than 30 days before the beginning of the conference.  A 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided if the individual provides written notification (again, email is fine) to [email protected] between 29 and 15 days in advance of the beginning of the conference.  Requests for refunds less than 15 days before the beginning of the conference will be considered by the ANCDS Education and Standards Committee on a case by case basis.  Refunds will be provided within 30 days of the close of the conference.
